Mail in repairs: upon receiving your order, in most cases we are able to fix and send your device back to you on the same day. Our return shipping charges are included in our price.
Onsite Repairs: within 45 minutes (during working hours) of making your order, an Engineer will be in touch with you to confirm your desired time and location for your repair. In most cases we can complete the repair on the same day. This service is subject to our areas of cover, an additional £15 is added to the order.
Repairs at our repair centre: You are welcome to attend our repair centres; we will fix your device whilst you wait.
